  2. Self Training: You utilise our online training resources to become familiar with the system
  3. Go-live: You begin using the system
  4. Support: Ongoing support provided as needed

Hi-Care Option

We will take time to analyse your current situation and needs, and will work with you to successfully get up and running with Brevity.

  1. Begin Engagement: Kick off meeting to discuss implementation plan and timeframe
  2. System Setup: We setup and configure the system based on your requirements
  3. User Training: We provide online training for you and your users to ensure the system is used efficiently
  4. Go-live: You begin using the system
  5. Support: Ongoing support provided as needed
