By authorising Brevity support access to your Brevity system you acknowledge that:

  1. Brevity staff will have access to your instance to be able to troubleshoot issues that you have raised
  2. All care is taken not to access any other areas but support staff will have the same user access as the person authorising the access
  3. Period of access will be determined by you when granting access
  4. Brevity support staff will not be able to access your system unless you have authorised access
  5. Admin user roles are able to see all support authorisations for their instance and are able to revoke access at any time
  6. It is recommended that you revoke access when not required
